����� is excited to announce the transition to our new University-Wide Work Order System through FMX, effective May 12, 2025.

Starting May 12, SchoolDude will no longer be accepting maintenance requests. All work requests should be submitted through the new FMX platform.

To submit a work request using FMX:

📱 Or simply scan the attached QR code to access the system via our new Single Sign-On (SSO) portal

Transition Period Details:

During the initial rollout, FMX is intended primarily for:

• Summer Staff/Faculty on campus

• CESS

• Food Services

• CPS

• Student Workers

• Other designated summer personnel

This allows our Facilities Engineering team time to become familiar with the new system and ensure a smooth transition.

Important Note:
If your request falls outside general maintenance categories (e.g., lighting/electrical, plumbing, locks/keys, HVAC), please include a GL# when submitting. Facilities Management will review your request and apply the GL# if necessary.

We appreciate your support and patience during this important system upgrade. Please share this information with your departments and post the attached flyer in your buildings to ensure easy access for all users.
